Mr. Bracamontes has spent his career advocating for people and families against large corporations, landlords, and insurance companies.  Mr. Bracamontes is a leading tenant’s rights attorney in the state and sought after speaker.  Aside from handling housing cases involving serious injury, Mr. Bracamontes also teaches Housing Litigation at UC Berkeley Law.  

Many of Mr. Bracamontes’ housing cases focus on representing multiple tenants in the same building who have experienced unsafe or unsanitary living conditions.  Mr. Bracamontes represents folks injured due to mold, fire, carbon monoxide, and lead poisoning.  Tenants enduring severe harassment, wrongful evictions, and fraudulent owner move-in (OMI) evictions have successfully sought out Mr. Bracamontes’ assistance.

With respect to employment cases, Mr. Bracamontes represents employees who have been unlawfully discriminated against due to race, ethnicity, pregnancy, and gender. Mr. Bracamontes also litigates sexual harassment matters where supervisors have abused their position of authority.

As to personal injury matters, Mr. Bracamontes deals with a wide range of injuries from serious car accidents, head injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, and police brutality/misconduct.

Mr. Bracamontes earned his Juris Doctor degree from UC Berkeley Law where he volunteered at the Worker’s Rights Clinic and was a member of the La Raza Law Journal and officer of the Native American Law Students Association.
